Now I will tell you about a swicki as I see it: For me it is just another search engine, but this time a tool that I can handle, I can tweak and use for myself or help others. It is yet another way of enhancing knowledge by eliminating superfluos information regarding any topic you can think of. It is like a robot you can teach. It learns from you or your visitors and it works right or wrong depending on your ability as a manager.
